About Julian

Between 2013 and 2015, Julian founded and ran his first purpose-driven business, serving thousands in the local community of Vancouver Island. Then between 2015 and 2020, he transitioned into the startup and innovation sector, serving as a leadership strategist and communications advisor to multiple tech ventures. His work helped companies craft high-impact narratives and raise multimillion-dollar investment rounds.

From 2017 to 2024, Julian hosted Green Planet, Blue Planet—a globally ranked podcast (top 2.5% worldwide)—where he interviewed 360 entrepreneurs, investors, creatives, and indigenous wisdom keepers. These conversations deepened his understanding of systemic leadership and the evolving demands on founders building companies for the future.

Julian has also contributed to global initiatives shaping the future of impact leadership, including his work with Top Tier Impact Network, Le Ciel Foundation, Design Science Studio, and Planet Positive Ventures.

Today, Julian partners with founders preparing for a company exit, post-exit entrepreneurs designing their legacy, as well as executive teams seeking clarity during scale or transition. His coaching and advisory method centers on strengthening three transformational pillars: Connection, Clarity, and Confidence—helping leaders remember who they are, what they are here to create, and how to build enduring impact beyond financial success.
